100% healthy and plan to stay that way by following healthy living guidelines. Exercising at the beach rollerblading, biking and walking and in the winter I enjoy skiing.
Escaping from the daily grind on a nice day, nothing is better than relaxing on the beach and hiding under the covers on a rainy day.
