Im firstgeneration American, born in spain and raised in New York City, and grew up speaking another language at home all of which have shaped my world accents views and openness to other cultures. Im intellectually curious and love learning and growing in whatever interests me. I have a creative side and balance my leftbrain career environmental policy with a rightbrain avocation photography on weekends. I also enjoy volunteeringespecially when its related to working with kid or serving the homelessand Ive done so both domestically and abroad. Ive visited nearly 10 countries, many of them in the developing world.
Im kind of sweet, a smidge funny, and a good person to kick around with. I believe in always holding the door for the person behind you and in the beauty of a genuine "please" and "thank you." Im good in cooking, but I continue to try preparing something edible, to varied results.
I am a free spirit, but one that is grounded with deep roots and solid friendships. I like being the connector of people, a hostess at parties, but I also place a high value on cultivating many close friendships, which often prove to be my rock in good and tough times.
